This is Week 4 of our Pilates Strength series — and we’re finishing the cycle strong.

Today’s structure:
• Standing Sequence
• Plank Sequence
• Bridge Sequence
• Reverse Plank Sequence
• Supine Core Sequence

We’ve added new sequences and reduced rest across the weeks, increasing total volume and muscular endurance.

Keep your weights from last week or increase slightly if form stays clean. Optional: add ankle weights in the floor sequences if you want an extra challenge.

Notice how much more controlled and stable you feel compared to Week 1.

Consistency + progression = strength that lasts. 🤍
